Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make production planning, monitoring and review.
∎ Design and implement effective operation processes, management procedures & techniques.
∎ Performance improvement and re-engineering to improve efficiency.
∎ Efficiency calculation, operation bulletin across all the production section.
∎ Control cost of production by suggesting the ways to control the stock of raw materials, material usage and finished products.
∎ Improve sewing efficiency, pieces per machine, cutting room capacity, in-line and end-line quality and finishing quality.
∎ Advise and implement effective processes, which meet production, delivery, quality and efficiency goals while controlling turnover and abstention, promoting teamwork.
∎ Ensure quality of material and efficiency of machine for the smooth production progress & fulfill quality standards based on the buyers specifications.
∎ Implement new & productive concepts in the quality departments at all levels in pre-production as well as in bulk production.
∎ Constant quality improvements without compromising with high efficiency & productivity.
∎ Work-aid suggestion & implementation of sewing floor to facilitate better WIP control and better process flow in the sewing section.
∎ Minimize defective garments to reduce time and extra expenditure for production.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Foster a growth-oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to organization policies, procedures and guidelines.
∎ Delegating responsibilities to ensure team members grow as capable participants.
∎ Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the organization to ensure that the organization's culture, responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities of all executives are clearly defined and understood.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, decision-making, communication, teamwork, leadership, public speaking and influencing skills.
∎ Capability to motivate employees and to ensure corporate workplace culture
∎ Clear, Strategic Vision, with an ability to perceive incipient trends and manage change creatively
∎ A strong visionary with In-depth understanding of the industry
