• CFA charter-holder or actively pursuing the CFA designation (strongly encouraged).
• Deep expertise in financial markets, investment vehicles, and asset allocation strategies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Minimum age of 40 years, with significant professional experience in equity research, asset management, or investment banking.

As the Head of Portfolio Management & Research, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the research team, shape investment strategies, and oversee portfolio management for a new generation of investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Research & Portfolio Management Division, setting the strategic direction for both institutional-grade research and client portfolio performance.
• Design and implement investment strategies, balancing risk and return across multiple asset classes.
• Supervise and mentor analysts, building a best-in-class research culture
• focused on accuracy, innovation, and actionable insights.
• Oversee portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management with a long-term, disciplined approach.
• Produce high-quality reports and market insights that position the company as a trusted knowledge hub for investors.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on new financial products, ETFs, and investment vehicles as the company expands its ecosystem.
