Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate from reputed universities like BUET, BUTEX, DUET and others in IE/IPE.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production planning according to 100% capacity utilization considering other parameters.
∎ Plan the production of 35-40 tons of fabrics per day
∎ Plan to produce 6-7 million pieces of garments per month for different buyers.
∎ Plan the total production in two factories having 4,000 sewing machines
∎ Plan cutting of 35-40 tons of fabric per day and allocate to 160 lines for sewing and finishing.
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing & till shipment according to plan.
∎ Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
∎ Support the management with data and method on overall workforce analysis & control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Initiate effective communication skill to motivate and develop the professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering
∎ Good leadership quality to lead & motivate others
