Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify new employers and to maintain the relations with the existing employers.
∎ Create strategic plan for Career Services approach in line with the Institute’s mission and Philosophy.
∎ To source Job aggregation based on project needs.
∎ To facilitate location specific trade jobs as per project needs
∎ To support Business Development team at the location in fulfilling the placement obligations.
∎ To create interface with employers in completing the desired project placement tasks
∎ Ensure effective Career Assessment, Career education programs, Workshops, Seminars and other programs that prepare students for employment.
∎ Counsel students regarding the job-search process, interview process, resume writing, letter writing and all other facets of career planning.
∎ Develop strong and ongoing relationship with corporates, government, academic and other various industry clients base through events and sessions
∎ The incumbent will provide leadership to all types of placement related activities in all Saic Group.
∎ Should visit Industry and build up industry interface for various training programs, corporate projects, etc.
∎ Ensure documentation maintenance of agreements and related documents, information regarding Career Services and Partnerships.
∎ Any other tasks assigned to you by the management from time to time.
