English Proficiency, Computing, IT, CRM and Microsoft
Fluent English with outstanding spoken communication and clear accent neutrality.
Evidence of English Medium of Studies O' Level and A' Level or IELTS/Equivalent 6 Band English
Language Proficiency required.1+ years’ experience in Data Entry, student counselling, Enrolment, Registry Office and/or call centre roles (target-driven).
Proven record of meeting/exceeding strict KPIs and conversion targets.
Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
Solid CRM discipline; proficient with phone, email, and WhatsApp. Professionalism, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Nice to Have Proficiency with Tribal EBS, CRM (or similar) is a plus.
Working Experience in education Industry.
Familiarity with UK higher education admissions.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To support and maintain the admissions process, ensuring applications are processed accurately, fairly, and in line with organizational policies and timelines.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the admissions process with accuracy, transparency, and compliance, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
Manage and maintain admissions records, ensuring accurate data entry and secure handling of information.
Handle admissions-related emails and telephone queries professionally and promptly.
Liaise with internal departments to support effective communication and smooth progression of applications.
Keep up to date with admissions rules, policies, and procedures and support their implementation.
Provide support and guidance to other members of the admissions team when required.
Report errors, issues, or discrepancies immediately to the line manager.
Comply with organizational policies, including GDPR, compliance, anti-bribery, corruption, and conflict of interest.
Complete performance reviews, development plans, and contribute to service improvements.
Undertake other reasonable duties as required by the line manager, appropriate to the level of the role
BD Time 2.30 pm to 11.30 pm mid night, 6 days weekly, Every We in Dhanmondi Office remaining hours work from home.
