  • Willingness to relocate to Narsingdi and commit for at least two years

Nice-to-Haves:

  • IB PYP training or workshop certification

  • Experience in concept-based teaching and transdisciplinary learning

  • Proficiency in educational technology, including Google Workspace and digital learning platforms

  • Ability to contribute to extracurricular and enrichment programmes

  • Creative, reflective, and collaborative teaching approach

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme

  • Foster students' academic, social, emotional, and personal development

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

  • Implement transdisciplinary units of inquiry and promote student agency

  • Assess and monitor student progress using a variety of formative and summative strategies

  • Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school leadership

  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs

  • Participate actively in curriculum development, school events, and professional learning

  • Contribute to the school's co-curricular and community engagement initiatives

For Trainee Teachers:

  • Work under the guidance of experienced mentors

  • Support classroom instruction and student learning

  • Participate in structured professional development and training programmes
