Education Requirement: Minimum B.A. (Hons) and M.A. in Bangla Language & Literature from a reputed university with a CGPA of at least 3.5 and above.
Teaching/research experience at the university level will be preferable.

Counseling students;
Conducting extra-curricular activities;
Arranging workshop, seminar, conference, symposium etc.;
Contributing towards the development of the Department as well as of the University;
