Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology companies, NGOs, government bodies, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance DHS’s service offerings and market presence.
∎ Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with DHS’s goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners and manage ongoing communications.
∎ Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with potential partners, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and align with DHS’s objectives. Draft, review, and finalize agreements in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
∎ Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to integrate partner solutions and offerings into DHS’s platform. Ensure seamless implementation and operation of partnership agreements.
∎ Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and trends within the healthcare and technology sectors. Provide insights and recommendations for strategic growth.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and work with partners to optimize collaboration and outcomes.
∎ Brand Representation: Represent DHS at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organization’s mission and partnership opportunities. Enhance DHS’s brand presence and reputation in the market.
