∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Branch Management,Business development,Digital Marketing,Supervision

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, International Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
∎ Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
∎ Build up good relationship with the relevant Countries and Universities
∎ Contacting various universities and institutes for partnership
∎ Participating in students and parents counselling as needed
∎ Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea generation to execution.
∎ Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
∎ Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
∎ Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
∎ Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
∎ Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Any other tasks as needed by the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Strong command in English
∎ Strong analytical and management skills.
∎ Confident and dynamic personality.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, accountable, professional, relentless work ethic.
∎ Competitive and upbeat attitude with a drive to succeed.
∎ Superior problem-solving ability, Innovative, forward thinker
∎ Expertise and experience in prospecting, presenting and closing deals
∎ Dynamic presentation ability and stellar communication skills
∎ Demonstrated client relationship management, organization and time management skills.
∎ History of gaining access to high-level decision makers
∎ Proven experience as an Operational Head or should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency.
∎ The applicant should have sound knowledge and experience in Training and Development areas.

Salary: Negotiable
