Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure efficient delivery of diagnostic services and outpatient (OPD) consultations.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring smooth patient flow, service quality, and optimal resource utilization.

• Establish and enforce patient safety, clinical quality, and diagnostic accuracy standards in line with regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and improve patient experience metrics (e.g., waiting time, reporting turnaround time, satisfaction scores).

• Implement clinical governance and risk management frameworks to minimize diagnostic errors and ensure compliance.

• Manage and optimize diagnostic equipment, laboratory operations, and medical supply chain (reagents, consumables, etc.).

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of specialist consultants, technicians, and administrative staff.

• Collaborate with HR to define KPIs/KRAs and performance evaluation systems across clinical and non-clinical teams.

• Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and digital reporting platforms.

• Plan and execute business expansion initiatives, including new diagnostic centers, specialty services, and OPD networks.

• Develop partnerships and referral networks, including international patient referral pathways for advanced treatment abroad.

• Ensure operational readiness for future growth into multi-specialty clinics and hospital services, including infrastructure and process planning.

Other Requirements:

• Education: Master’s in any discipline, however master’s in Business administration, public health, Healthcare/Hospital Administration (MHA) or a Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) with significant management experience will be preferred.

• Experience: 15+ years in healthcare operations, with at least 5-8 years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven track record of leading institutions through major healthcare accreditation audits.

• Expert ability to interpret clinical data and financial dashboards to make real-time decisions.

• Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between "medical language" and "business language."
