Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from a reputed University/ Institute;
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management will be an added advantage;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the distribution / retail operations of branded food products.
∎ Plan & setup dedicated product shelves in own shops and in different locations.
∎ Must be proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food & beverage menu planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record-keeping, and preparation of reports;
∎ To ensure food preparation are ready on time to serve the customer & complete equipment to be enough for each meal;
∎ Quality check of raw materials and cooked food;
∎ To ensure the food and safety regulations;
∎ To ensure that assign persons are completed their respective task on time as we set up the standard;
∎ Manage customer complaints and resolve customer problems;
∎ To ensure that assign persons are completed their respecting task on time as we set up the standard;
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Practical work experience in relevant field;
∎ Must be result-oriented, having proven technical and leadership capabilities with excellent communication skill.
∎ The ideal candidate should have 10 (ten) years of practical and relevant experience.
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability;
