Job Context:
∎ Migrants Souls Limited developing an Application (popularly known as `App`) based service providing platform name PROBASBAZAR. The app will provide services and goods to the Bangladeshi Diasporas/Migrant workers and member of their families at home and abroad. To manage the e-Commerce Business of probasbazar we are looking for competent "Head of Operation" personnel.
∎ We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing and e-commerce Expert to join our team. As a Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for managing the total business Operation - Business Development (Seller Development, products development), Business Plan & execution, Marketing & Digital marketing plan & execution, Creative Design, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and analysing data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing and sales efforts.
∎ We are looking for experience in IT knowledge especially digital platforms for Digital Marketing, Video Editing, Paid Media Marketing (PPC), Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), customer experience and digital customer service management with following responsibilities and terms of conditions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
∎ Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools, social media analytics, and other relevant metrics.
∎ Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and the organizational goals are met and analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
∎ Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
∎ Manage capital investments and expenses to ensure the growth and profitability
∎ Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
∎ Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers, clients, partners, different stakeholders and government entities
∎ Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
∎ Monitoring invoices, accounting, and bank processes
∎ Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices.
∎ Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Working with the Head of Human Resources on the company's payroll, benefit disbursement and hiring practices
∎ Ensuring all business ethics and government rules and regulations
∎ Manage social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube etc.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
