∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Logistic, Transport agency, Transport Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Transport Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily prepare the schedule of vehicles after getting demand as per client requirement.
∎ Follow-up, source and negotiate with vehicle/transport suppliers regarding rent of vehicles if required.
∎ Justify the rent of outsourced vehicle/transport with market price as well as cross check directly with vendor.
∎ Prepare daily general ledger, transaction report and statement.
∎ Prepare, check bill and challan daily.
∎ Prepare monthly profit and loss accounts.
∎ Collect challan, voucher timely and prepare bill that has to be send on time to the clients.
∎ Keep track by tracker software or keep in touch by phone with driver/helper on the way of destination of all vehicles.
∎ Keep log of all kinds of affairs/matters like wages and leave of employees, vehicle rent and trip, payments of supplier and party, fuel consumption and maintenance of vehicles and other issues.
∎ Keep and update company’s trade license, vehicles related papers (Blue book, Tax token, fitness, Road permit, Insurance etc.)
∎ Follow-up and keep track of schedule for future and present maintenance/servicing sessions of vehicles.
∎ Cross check/verify estimates (cost, time and effort) for a repair or maintenance job.
∎ Cross check the vehicle status very often according to the checklist of each vehicle.
∎ Check register Khata, appropriate documentation on each repair and keep logs on work and issues.
∎ Keep good relationship and provide proper service to our valuable clients as and when required.
∎ Conduct with vehicle manufacture/supplier (e.g Nitol Motors, Ifad Auto) for any kind of anomalies or unexpected symptoms appears.
∎ Prepare, update various rules/policies wherever applicable to run the operation effectively and smoothly.
∎ Setup proper system to keep track all kind of information of the operation.
∎ Provide management report to the higher management on time.
∎ Source or recruit good and skill drivers, helpers or staffs from various transport source.
∎ Any kind of problem (legal, accident, functional etc) in the road has to be solved promptly.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
