Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Management, Human Resource Management, or Marketing from a reputed university.
Candidates with additional training or certification in HR, Leadership, or Office Management will get preference.
Strong command of written and spoken English & Bangla is essential.
Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, handle multiple departments simultaneously, and maintain efficiency under pressure.
Strategic Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to make data-driven, time-sensitive decisions.
Communication & Coordination: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English, with the ability to maintain professional correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and digital communication platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Trello.
Finance & Compliance Knowledge: Sound understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law, VAT, TAX, AIT, and corporate compliance protocols; ability to oversee documentation, billing, and vendor payments accurately.
Networking: Strong professional connections with vendors, suppliers, event partners, and creative industry professionals, ensuring smooth operations and cost-effective resource management.
Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to develop SOPs, workflow systems, attendance, leave & payroll management, and maintain overall office discipline.
Personality Traits: Must be proactive, punctual, disciplined, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Marketers 360 Degree is seeking an experienced and proactive professional to lead its Operations & Administration Department. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in advertising, events, or media organizations, with strong knowledge of agency workflow, HR, accounts, and compliance. You will serve as the backbone of the organization, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and smooth coordination across all departments including Creative, Digital, Production, and Business Development while supporting overall business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Management
Supervise and manage all daily office operations.
Maintain strict discipline, punctuality, and office protocol across all departments.
Ensure smooth coordination between Creative, Digital, Production, and Business Development teams.
Implement and monitor company policies, SOPs, and workflow systems.
Handle all office documentation, correspondence, and inventory management.
Maintain a professional and motivating work environment.
Human Resources & Policy Management
Manage recruitment, onboarding, appointment letters, show-cause and termination processes.
Supervise attendance, leave records, and staff performance evaluation.
Develop and update company HR policies and employee code of conduct.
Handle internal conflict resolution and maintain professional harmony.
Ensure all HR processes comply with Bangladesh Labour Law.
Accounts, Finance & Compliance
Maintain financial ledgers, daily expense records, and petty cash tracking.
Handle vendor and client billing, collection, and disbursement.
Prepare salary sheets, invoices, and financial statements for management.
Oversee VAT, TAX, and AIT compliance and ensure all legal filings are updated.
Work with auditors and finance consultants for monthly and annual reporting.
Client, Vendor & External Coordination
Communicate regularly with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Maintain healthy client relationships and assist in business correspondence.
Negotiate vendor contracts and service terms to optimize cost efficiency.
Represent the agency in professional meetings when required.
Business Growth & Strategic Support
Support business development by helping set and achieve revenue targets.
Work with management to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Track department-wise performance and implement improvement strategies.
Submit regular progress, budget, and performance reports to management.
Leadership & Company Culture
Lead by example and build a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork.
