∎ Job Context:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the overall marketing strategy for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, SaaS, and digital software marketing, as well as brand management and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to elevate our brand presence and drive growth. The Head of Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our marketing efforts, ensuring we meet our revenue targets and maintain our competitive edge in the market.Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for our products.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and enhance the customer experience.- Execute go-to-market strategies and optimize product launches.- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Conduct product demos and build strong client relationships.- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline.- Provide actionable feedback to the product development team.
