∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in reputed Pharmaceutical company and a career that clearly shows progressive responsibility
∎ Experience of working with specialized pharma products (i.e. Cardiology, Neuro, Psychiatric, Oncology products etc.) will get preference
∎ Proven leadership skill and experience of managing large teams
∎ Ability and willingness to both accept and meet challenging targets
∎ Highly result oriented
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written)
