∎ Must have direct experience working with foreign clients or software export markets.
∎ Prior experience at top firms like Brain Station, BJIT, DataSoft, Kaz Software, Nascenia, etc., is highly valued.
∎ Candidates with a portfolio of foreign clients will be given preference.
∎ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
∎ Network of potential foreign buyers, agents, or development partners is a huge plus.
∎ A strong desire to build something impactful, not just execute.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain foreign clients (B2B software buyers).
∎ Build and manage lead generation campaigns through platforms like LinkedIn, Clutch, GoodFirms, Upwork, and cold email.
∎ Build partnerships with foreign companies, startups, sourcing offices, and tech firms.
∎ Represent the company in global trade shows, virtual summits, and client meetings.
∎ Collaborate with development and design teams to create attractive proposals, portfolios, and marketing assets.
∎ Track KPIs and optimize digital marketing ROI (if applicable).
∎ Stay updated on global software trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
∎ Lead a small marketing or sales team (depending on scale)
∎ Full-time (preferable)
∎ Part-time or Consultant (also welcome)
∎ Remote or hybrid setup is possible for exceptional candidates.
∎ Preferably Dhaka-based, but flexible.
