Job Context:
∎ We are looking foreign national specially Srilankan or Indian as Head of Marketing (Director) for 100% Export oriented Blazer, Trouser, Suit ( Formal products ) manufacturing biggest factory in Bangladesh, Who will have very extra-ordinary buyer corresponding, communication skill with a very good network with foreign buyers of mentioned products.
∎ N.B: Candidate having experience in knit garments marketing are requested not to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for total Marketing Department.
∎ Capable of planning, marketing of Blazer, Trouser, Suits (Formal products) from foreign buyers for line booking.
∎ Ensure collection of order from buyer/buying house directly even sub-contract also at order crisis moment.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department .
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years as marketing DGM / GM.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge of Blazer, Trouser , Suits ( Formal products)
∎ Able to line booking for round the year at any situation & run factory independently.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer.
Salary: Negotiable
