Job Title: Head of Liability (Retail Distribution)
Place of Posting: Retail Distribution Division, Head Office
Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to Senior Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
- To drive growth, management, and optimization of SBAC Bank’s liability portfolio, including deposits and other funding sources, ensuring profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement liability acquisition and growth strategies across retail, SME, and corporate segments
- Monitor deposit portfolio, pricing, and product performance to ensure profitability and competitiveness
- Lead the team in achieving deposit mobilization targets and CASA growth
- Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and internal policies
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for innovative liability products
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis for senior management review
- Coordinate with branches and digital channels for efficient product delivery
- Provide guidance and training to team members to improve performance
