Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M. Com.)/Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance from a reputed University.
∎ Professional Certification: ACA / ACCA / ACMA / CA (Partly qualified) with articleship/Internship in a reputed CA firm.
∎ Skills Required: M S Office, Excellent communication skill, Interpersonal Skills

∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Head of Internal Audit for the Internal Audit department. The overall objective of this role is to apply a comprehensive understanding of internal audit and compliance activities for the Group.
∎ Reports to: Audit Committee / Group CFO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the internal audit and control system for the individual company and group as a whole.
∎ Formulation of audit manual, techniques, guidelines, audit programs, and checklists for the better performance of the internal audit process.
∎ Review Different Departments' operational processes and identify risk and drawback of operations and suggest effective measures.
∎ Supervise and monitor all works done by associates of the Internal Audit department.
∎ Check and give the final recommendation for all Purchase Requisition of items for all concerns of the Group.
∎ Execute operational audit and identify opportunities for improving business processes, based on audit outcomes to minimize risks.
∎ Assist in any special inspections, investigations, examinations, or reviews on frauds, or irregularities requested by the competent authority.
∎ Any special task assigned by Management/Board time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Financial Analysis, Financial Audit,
∎ Strong Internal audit acumen, Analytical ability, Negotiation Skills, Presentation skill, Problem Solving, Report Writing.
∎ Knowledge of Applicable Laws, Rules, Regulations and/or Policies and Procedures.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Have good knowledge of using MS Word/ Advance Excel
∎ Should be a good team player.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (please mention your expectation in the CV)
