Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost & Management Accounting
∎ M.Com/BBA/MBA (Accounting/Finance/Management) from any reputed public/private University/Institution
∎ CA/ACCA/ICMA/CIA – Full/Part Qualified

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual audit plan and ensure compliance of the plan
∎ Conduct process audit, financial audit, cost audit and operational audit
∎ Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the audit reports
∎ Follow-up management action points on audit recommendation and update the progress to the Board
∎ Demonstrate advisory role in policy implementation
∎ Identify inconsistencies and process improvement opportunities
∎ Sample check local purchase bills, supplier bills, bank reconciliation, stock & stores position, different assets & liabilities on periodic basis.
∎ Support external auditors through proper coordinating and by providing required information
∎ Lead Internal Audit team and evaluate their performance
∎ Any other work as per instruction of Board of Directors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ 10-15 years of experience in Corporate sector of which at least 5 years in a manufacturing-based audit function.
∎ Experience in working with ERP software will get preference
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
∎ Good communication and inter-personal skills.
∎ Strong Knowledge of Auditing, Accounting & Finance.
∎ Good presentation skills both in Bangla and English.
