Educational Requirements:
∎ Chartered Accountant with more than 12 (twelve) years of experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and execute a comprehensive risk-based audit plan.
∎ Determine internal audit scope, develop annual plans and modify audit policy.
∎ Conduct periodical audit on book keeping, good practices, HR and other
∎ departments to report on policy implications.
∎ Assess and evaluated effectiveness of company's internal control framework in. light of minimizing risk exposure and achieving business objectives.
∎ Preparation of standard audit reports with observation and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results, documents process and preserve appropriate audit evidence.
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
∎ Keep abreast of development in Corporate Governance practices and advise accordingly.
∎ Pay field visit in case of verification on any issue, where applicable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management & control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives & regulations.
∎ Should have good interpersonal and high level of management skill.
