Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Head of Internal Audit & Compliance will report to Board of Trustees through the Finance Committee and work closely with Senior Management in designing effective control environment. The Head will ensure appropriate balance of risk & control in the University. S/he will be responsible to develop annual internal audit plan based on annual risk assessment and effective implementation of the plan. S/he will also lead the compliance checks in line with the Private University Act, other regulatory requirements by relevant regulatory bodies as well as internal policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ S/he must have sound knowledge of control environment, analytical & critical thinking auditing and problem-solving skills and proficiency in both English and Bangla.
