∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control system.
∎ To assist in controlling cost, safeguarding assets and ensuring company norms in operation.
∎ To detect fraud & error and assessing risk of operation and recommending to prevent the same.
∎ To checks bills and vouchers of various sister concern of the Group.
∎ To recommend sound policy for establishing ideal system.
∎ Conducting internal audits, process reviews into operational, financial and compliance areas.
∎ Coordinating and reviewing work of outsourced audit partners.
∎ Tracking of open audit issues and follow up for closure of action points, including helping the business to close the issues.
∎ Conducting special audits / investigations / projects relating to controls as required from time to time.
∎ Identifying areas of cost reduction, process improvement including development of SOPs for critical areas.
∎ Partner with the business on any new initiative from internal controls point of view.
∎ Regularly use MIS relating to audit related matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Internal audit/process audit experience.
∎ Experience in Apparel Manufacturing & Sourcing background (can be through a CA firm with Apparel clients)
∎ 5 years plus post qualification experience.
∎ Ability to manage his/her work independently & proactively (as he/she will based in Bangladesh)
∎ Excel analytics & power point presentation proficiency.
Salary: Negotiable
