∎ Skills Required: Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Leadership and Good Communication skill., People Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations, Human Resource Management, Leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with our goals and values in the furniture industry.
∎ Provide leadership and strategic direction to the HR team.
∎ Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that support our long-term goals in this industry.
∎ Oversee and direct all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
∎ Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
∎ Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action if necessary.
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
∎ Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization
∎ Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in the furniture industry
∎ Experience leading HR functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills

∎ Passion for creating a positive and productive work environment in the furniture industry
