Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the Hospitality manpower functions of the Hospital,
∎ Provides leadership and manages the daily operation of Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and Security by prioritizing and scheduling work assignments,
∎ Develops and revises department policy and operating procedures; develops programs and processes for training personnel,
∎ Represents the group as primary contact with outside agencies, vendors and customers; develops and maintains accurate documentation to ensure compliance with security and safety regulations,
∎ Coordinate and liaison with Waste Management and Recycling.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must have at least 10 years of experience in both “Housekeeping” and “Food & Beverage” function in Health Care Industry. He/She must have in-depth exposure in managing JCI/ NABH accreditation.
