Job Context:
∎ The main purpose of the position is to assist grants` donor compliance and increase quality income through diversified portfolio growth. This role is designed to explore new business development opportunities in collaboration with the program by exploring funding websites, meeting donors through a regular business development engagement with donors/partners including corporations, INGOs, and individuals. This role will support the senior management team in MASTUL, in rolling out the donor engagement plan.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exploring Donor's strategy, donor mapping, donor engagement, conducting donor research, and analysis of donor funding following the MASTUL's strategic priorities.
∎ Identify opportunities for fundraising with in-country institutional donors and private foundations/corporates.
∎ Explore and share new funding opportunities with Program Managers/teams, Senior Management and the Executive Director.
∎ Update funding tracker with a regular frequency to capture right information on proposals submitted, proposals accepted by the donor and the contract under negotiation, and looking for opportunities,
∎ Provide support to develop fundraising strategies for the organization including partnership opportunities, specifically focusing on different National Organizations, government Ministries and INGOs.
∎ Design, Develop and review proposal, concept notes, budgets and Grant charts, EOI with the support of Program Heads.
∎ Prepare additional documents required for donor submission and submit the application with the relevant documents through online portal/email before the deadline along with archiving submitted proposals in the system.
∎ Contract negotiation, and signing off, Handover Project, Design Document to programme and Implementation; upon award notification, the position will communicate with relevant colleagues and share the approved project design documents to start prep for timely kick off/start-up.
∎ Maintain donor communication and facilitate occasional visits of donors when necessary.
∎ Review all the contractual reports prior submitting to the Donor and close out support.
∎ Archive all the contractual reports and documents including soft and hard copies for future compliance reference.
∎ Provide support to the team members during the implementation phase of the projects.
∎ Build and maintain good relationships with donors by attending different donor meetings, seminars and conferences; and followups after attending meetings.
∎ Continue liaison with donors for future funding opportunities that arise out of networking with donors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Negotiation Skills, Program and/or Project Development, Project Management, Project proposal writing, Spoken and written fluency in English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in Grant Management, Fund Raising, Negotiation Skills, Project proposal writing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
∎ At least 4-5 years of working experience in resource mobilization/ project development with INGOs/National NGOs, and leading/contributing in winning proposals from bi-lateral and multilateral donors.
∎ At-least 2 years working experience in managing grants.
∎ Proficiency in the English Language is essential (strong written English skills).
∎ Facilitation skill (conducting training for staff and partners on grant management)
∎ Networking and negotiation skills, Team management skills, Ability to work effectively with diverse international and national teams, Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform.
∎ Coordination and leadership skills., Institutional fundraising (proposal development and contract negotiation), Grant Oversight Management, Reading and reviewing contract, Writing and Reviewing Report, External Engagement and donor communications, Have a quality of team leading and dealing with problems
