  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management practices.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, with experience in implementing and managing financial systems.



Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, aligning financial goals with the overall business strategy.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with senior management to create detailed business plans, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Capital Management: Oversee capital structure and investment strategies to ensure optimal allocation of resources and support business expansion.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to The Management.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation, approval, and monitoring of budgets. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational plans.
  • Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial forecasts, adjusting as necessary based on market conditions and business performance.
  • Cost Control: Implement and oversee cost management strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential impacts. Monitor and report on risk exposure.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and industry regulations.
  • Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of any findings and implementing necessary improvements.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Performance Management: Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to support business initiatives and provide financial insights and guidance.

Financial Systems & Processes

  • Systems Oversight: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial reporting and operational effectiveness
