Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Head of Finance will be responsible for implementing Plan International Bangladesh's financial action plan and solidify the financial processes & systems in the organisation by which ensuring on time delivery of its programme strategy and accountabilities to children, young people and communities, Government stakeholders, implementing partner organisations and donors.
∎ Head of Finance will play a crucial role in providing high quality financial management information necessary to support an effective operation.
∎ This position holder will also be managing a highly professional finance team to ensure implementation of country finance strategies and financial actions.
∎ The Head of Finance will ensure the legal regulations and statutory litigation to ensure the compliance and standards are adhered to in accordance with quality and policy requirements.
∎ He/she Support the Director system and operation with the implementation of financial policies and control procedures and to ensure the efficient utilization of resources.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic team member who is competent in demonstrating the ability to work and manage complex financial systems.
∎ The position holder needs to have the ability to effectively handle discussions with a focus on both groups and individuals to enrich participants' understanding of particular subjects or situations, understands process and can diagnose group needs to intervenes accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 6-8 years' experience including 2-3 years in Managerial/Lead or in similar capacity in any reputed organization with demonstrated ability to manage complex situations is required for the position.
