Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide effective support to Head of Business in all financial & costing related matters of Pharma business.
∎ Driving and facilitating the development and maintenance of a costing function for Pharma. These include motivating and ensuring understanding and actually entering correct data/inputs to the costing system by designated people.
∎ Deal with batch costing, activity based cost & product costing for Pharmaceuticals products.
∎ The management and maintenance of structured costing framework including introduction of ABC system at the business.
∎ Advising on working capital managing. Assist businesses to develop business and operations model including pricing decision.
∎ Act as a catalyst in advising business management in improving process or reducing cost in best possible manner.
∎ Prepare variance report on a regular basis with analysis to help the line manager in containing cost or managing their budget.
∎ Act as a coordinator in assisting and compiling financial costing report by maintaining liaison with all departments and timely completion and submission of report.
∎ Continuously review the product costing including their profitability and inform Finance Director and others on a regular basis for their attention.
∎ Understand competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or market share trends to support business to develop business strategy.
