Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Finance or Accounting or equivalents. CA holder will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review, Update and follow up Financial Guidelines, Delegation of Authority Chart and follow up, Develop Financial controlling system.
∎ Prepare, review and follow up Financial Proposal, Budget, quarterly-Monthly basis expenditure plan at organization level
∎ Maintain books of accounts of IGP-PKSF Mother Accounts, NGO Bureau mother accounts, Accounts of GF-TC, Humanitarian response Accounts develop documentation systems, Donor compliance.
∎ Controlling the IGP (Micro Finance program supported by PKSF) as a Finance focal of the microfinance program according to requirement of PKSF and MRA.
∎ Follow up Project Accounts: Prepare monthly-Quarterly and Yearly financial statements, report of Financial sector and Individual level as well.
∎ Follow up - Review of ongoing project Accounts keeping system of Running Development projects, Humanitarian projects and Microfinance programs.
∎ Follow up and control of Bank A/Cs, ensure Security of Cash.
∎ Organize internal Audit periodical basis and External audit as required and take initiatives on the feedback of Audit reports.
∎ Full fill Government Compliance including registration authority, VAT, TAX and others.
∎ Prepare plan to develop Finance and Accounts persons and improve the skill of staffs. Initiative for Preparing Capacity building for the Accounts personnel and staffs as required.
∎ Follow up Bank Accounts and transection management
∎ Documentation system Development ensure preserve all files and documents
∎ Follow up procurement system and asset management systems
∎ Financial management of emergency relief and rehabilitation program.
∎ Coordination with concern stake holders
∎ Any other task assign by authorities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years practical experiences as a Senior person of Finance management
∎ Having financial management skill of Microfinance programs, Development projects and Humanitarian projects management with Understanding National and International Accounting standards
∎ Having written and verbal communication in English
∎ Experience on Compliance of NHOAB, PKSF and MRA, Different Donor and Development partners
∎ Should have expertize of operating Accounting software (Tally software, automation system developed by Data soft)
∎ Priority will be given to Female candidates.

Salary: Tk. 43200 (Monthly)

∎ Business : Manab Mukti Sangstha (MMS) is a local level Development Organization established in January 15, 1984 at Sthal Char under Chowhali Upazila in Sirajgonj which is most disaster prone and poverty stricken area with a view to `see a society free from poverty, discrimination and risk of natural disasters`. At the begging MMS worked in Chowhali in small scale but now we are working in whole Sirajgonj, Pabna, Tangail, Jamalpur and Bogra districts covering chars and river basin areas.
MMS implements its programmes and projects focusing chars and river basin area of the river Jamuna, there is no communication facilities and it is still remaining as untouched the minimum facilities of electricity and gas. MMS, a Bangladesh based not-for-profit organization is determined to generate contribution in ensuring Health, Nutrition, Education, CCA-DRR, Good Governance, Livelihood and Food Security for poor and vulnerable families of Jamuna river basin areas.
