Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a post-graduation in Finance/ Accounting along with professional accounting qualification (preferably FCA/ FCMA/ FCCA/ CFA/ CIMA).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall accounting, finance and revenue related matters of the Hospital.
∎ Analyzes financial statements, and prepares reports and recommendations to Top Management concerning financial performance.
∎ Overall responsibilities of management reporting covering all financial aspects.
∎ Understand taxation policy and lead Hospital tax planning to gain maximum tax benefits with adherence to compliance of all Laws, Rules & Regulations.
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain
∎ Designing, implementing, controlling and supervising all types of finance, accounts & costing matters complaining regulatory policies-procedures, preparing various reports, profit margin report, bank reconciliation for the management.
∎ Provide necessary finance data/information to the Management as needed.
∎ Responsible for developing the Financial Audit Report in annual basis.
∎ Ensure internal Accounting, Auditing & Reporting Standards of the company.
∎ Advising on Tax & VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liabilities.
∎ Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
∎ Preparing Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
∎ Design financial management system of the company.
∎ Analyzing, coordinating proper mix of equity & debt fund requirements.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
