∎ Preference will be given to the candidates who are certified/partly qualified CA/ ACCA.

∎ ·Knowledge of Accounting Standards, VAT ,Tax and company law·
∎ ·Familiarity with accounting software, Management experience and demonstrated leadership in previous positions.
∎ ·Excellent critical thinking skills and judgment. Proven willingness to make timely and sound decisions.
∎ · Strong oral and written communication skills.
∎ ·Ability to communicate effectively with persons on all levels both inside and outside the organization.
∎ · Proven ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and quickly learn position-specific software.
∎ · Fluency in Bengali and English proficiency required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets aligned with company goals.
∎ · Oversee all financial and account activities, including financial reporting, accounting, tax compliance, and risk management.
∎ ·Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
∎ ·Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
∎ ·Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
∎ ·Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
∎ ·Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulators.
∎ ·Ensure VDS, TDS, VAT return, Tax return in timely as per rules & regulations.
∎ ·To review & monitor Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable management.
∎ ·Budgeting & Cost Control.
∎ ·To ensure compliance of regulatory requirements (Like VAT, Tax and BSEC)·
∎ ·Maintain the company’s books and records as per Accounting Standard and other applicable laws.
∎ ·Arrange any Board Meeting resolution and prepare meeting minutes and Board Memo.
∎ ·Timely circulation of working papers prepared by management in accordance with the agenda of the board meeting to all directors.
∎ ·Arrange approval of urgent organizational matters by the Board through circulation of resolutions.
∎ ·Keep under review all legal and regulatory developments affecting the organization’s operations and make sure management is properly informed of the same and facilitate appropriate action on the organization’s part for compliance.
∎ ·Extract and prepare regulatory minutes of the meetings and communicate with respective stakeholders to ensure the outcomes of the meetings are being practiced accordingly
