∎ • Age 35 to 45 years
∎ • Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ • At least 15 year(s) on which 3 to 5 years in similar position.
∎ • Minimum 15 years working experiences in 100% compliance and export oriented Large knit Composite Industry. Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ • Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members. Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ • Good inter-personal & communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • 100 % Honest in all aspect.
∎ • Lead and develop the fabric department, including managing personnel and setting departmental goals and objectives.
∎ • Responsible for overall Fabrics Production, Decision making & quality control.
∎ • Oversee the design and development of new fabrics patterns and products, ensuring that they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
∎ • Increasing Efficiency, Productivity, maximum utilization of Man, Machine & Time, Optimizing Material, Modification of machine, Automation, Proper Administration & Supervision, Quality Control, Building up Fruitful Team etc.
∎ • Ensure that all knitting processes are efficient and meet product quality standards, using statistical process control and other quality control methods.
∎ • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product development, to ensure seamless integration of knitting activities.
∎ • Should have vast knowledge on man-made fiber, special chemical and technical knowledge about open width Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing.
∎ • Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and engaged team.
∎ • Stay current on industry trends and technology developments, and implement new methods and techniques to enhance efficiency and product quality.
∎ • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers to ensure that their needs are met and that the company remains competitive in the market.
∎ • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop contemporary & sustainable knit fabrics.
∎ • Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through integrated planning information and analysis.
∎ • Participate in planning, programming and scheduling of each and every Order execution in Knitting and Dyeing Production.
∎ • Follow up all over printing tasks assigned in other factories.
∎ • Implement proper record keeping method to justify each analytical report.
∎ • Establishing SOP in each and every operation for reducing fabric wastage.
∎ • Advising Staffs, Providing Technical Support & Follow up progress.
∎ • Working as a Team Player.
∎ • Share new design, sample and technical ideas with management and sales team.
∎ • Meeting with Buyers to brief technical status of any Fabric.
