Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile / Wet Processing / IPE / Textile Technology will get prefer.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Solid understanding of ERP, Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) Modules / Functionality required.
∎ Proficient in use of computers and ERP`s reporting by proper presentation.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced person.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To generate Dyeing Finishing loading plan, Capacity Allocation, Preproduction Schedule, TNA and Shipment Schedule.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments/teams and obtain required specifications/details timely and reserve plant capacities in order to prepare loading plans considering manufacturing feasibility in order to meet customer required delivery while ensuring maximum utilization of allocated capacity.
∎ Schedule/attend relevant meetings with Production and Merchandising to discuss/verify related issues and determine the effective resolutions to prepare and maintain detail plan and make sure plan is secured in advance to ensure undisrupted production flow.
∎ Ensure all the planning information is accurately maintaining on ERP system and update, analyze and review the following reports/documents in order to facilitate on time management decision making.
∎ Work closely with Product Management on new product introductions and product life cycles.
∎ Develop and maintain status information that provides accurate analysis of raw material, work in process, and unreleased work.
∎ Timely update and maintain authentic production figures and style reconciliation details by coordinating with relevant departments in order to provide accurate information for post order job profitability analysis and production reports.
∎ Shipment planning, Costing, Inter departmental issues and Administration etc.
