Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Systems from a recognized university.
10+ years of experience in remittance, digital banking, fintech, or international money transfer.
Strong understanding of cross-border payment rails, FX, compliance, and risk management.
Experience working with regulators and banking partners.
Proven leadership in scaling digital financial products.

Responsibilities & Context:
Define digital finance strategy aligned with cross-border payments and domestic use cases.
Lead partnerships with banks, MFS providers, fintechs, and international payment networks.
Oversee regulatory alignment with Bangladesh Bank and international compliance standards.
Design customer-centric products for remittance, payouts, collections, and FX optimization.
Build strong risk, AML, KYC, and fraud management frameworks.
Own product roadmap, pricing, and unit economics.
Recruit and lead finance, compliance, product, and operations teams.
Drive synergies with travel, commerce, and property platforms.
