Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Card Division and ensure alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.
- Formulate, implement, and oversee card-related strategies and business development plans.
- Drive the performance of the Card Division by managing and optimizing card product portfolios.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and ensure excellent customer service in card-related operations.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring the department's profitability.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to card services.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve organizational objectives.
