Responsibilities & Context:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research & networking.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and generate leads.
- Participate in bidding/tendering processes when applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify trends and customer needs to develop new services or improve existing offerings.
- Meet or exceed business development targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
- Any other task assigned by management.
