Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase IELTS admissions and registrations.

• Lead, motivate, and train the business development and counselling team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional strategies to enhance brand presence.

• Maintain strong relationships with agents, educational partners, and internal departments.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback to design data-driven marketing and sales initiatives.

• Coordinate closely with the Marketing, Admissions, and Academic Teams to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.

• Prepare periodic reports on performance metrics, sales achievements, and growth strategies for management review and approval.
