SBAC Bank PLC is looking for experienced professionals in the following position:
Job Title: Head of Asset (Retail Distribution)
Place of Posting: Retail Distribution Division, Head Office
Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to Senior Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and execute the nationwide sales strategy of SBAC Bank, ensuring sustainable growth in deposits, loans, and fee-based income while expanding the customer base across Retail, SME, and Agricultural segments, in full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Formulate and implement national sales strategies aligned with SBAC Bank’s business objectives
- Drive growth in Retail and Agricultural portfolios, including deposits, loans, and cards
- Lead, supervise, and monitor nationwide sales teams, branches, and agent banking channels
- Achieve assigned business targets through effective planning and execution
- Identify new market opportunities, especially in rural and agri-based segments
- Ensure quality asset growth by coordinating with Credit Risk and maintaining portfolio health.
- Monitor sales performance, MIS, and market trends for informed decision-making.
- Strengthen distribution channels including branches, sub-branches, and agent banking outlets.
- Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and internal policies.
- Promote customer-centric service culture and prevent mis-selling practices.
