Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making plans for individuals and group to achieve the sales targets as approved by the management
∎ Continuously hunting new customers and aware them of product features & amenities to convert the customers into prospective clients.
∎ Ensuring sales leads are proportionately distributed among team members to ensure sales maximization.
∎ Actively participating in project visits along with team members with the customers.
∎ Completing sales agreements on behalf of the respective team.
∎ Communicating with the existing clients periodically to generate new opportunities.
∎ Team development in respect of product knowledge, sales training & grooming.
