Responsibilities & Context:
Long March Metallic Industries Ltd., a reputed company in the metal industry, is looking for a highly competent, motivated, and dynamic Head of Accounts to lead and manage our Accounts & Finance Department.
🔹 Requirements:
🔘 Bachelor’s (Honours) & Master’s degree in Accounting (completed).
🔘 CA course (priority will be given to candidates who have done CA course).
🔘 Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or related fields.
🔘 Strong knowledge of financial statements, taxation, VAT, audit, and compliance.
🔘 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP/QuickBooks) and MS Office.
🔘 Excellent leadership and team management skills.
🔘 Strong communication, reporting, and analytical abilities.
🔘 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
