Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise the overall management and operations of the Accounts unit.
Conduct regular financial data analysis, update and monitor budgets, track variances, and identify financial trends.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports for donors and stakeholders, supporting audit processes and resolving administrative issues.
Collaborate with Finance & Accounts and other relevant departments to prepare and submit budgets, project completion reports, and necessary documentation for NGO Affairs Bureau`s approval.
Assist the project team in communicating with the internal audit team, addressing audit findings, and preparing analytical reports for team and stakeholder review.
Maintain confidentiality in storing project documents and ensure timely dissemination of approvals and updates to field offices.
Ensure accurate administrative records and reports are maintained with an organized filing system for efficient information management.
