Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the overall accounts and finance operations of the company.
∎ Supervise daily accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, payroll, and taxation.
∎ Prepare and present financial reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts to top management.
∎ Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements as per Bangladesh laws.
∎ Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
∎ Manage and guide a team of accountants with leadership, motivation, and training.
∎ Ensure all real estate project accounts, cost tracking, and income recognition are accurately maintained.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping aligned with accounting standards.
∎ Use Tally ERP software efficiently for all financial and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of real estate accounting, hands-on experience with Tally Software, and strong leadership capabilities.
