∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) Major in Accounting/M.Com in Finance/ Accounts
∎ (Qualified Professional Accountant will get preferences).

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Software, Accounts, Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for supervising a team, organizing the cost and financial data for internal and external matters.
∎ Responsible for handling the entire accounts including banking functions independently.
∎ Monitor monthly accounts and ensure necessary reconciliation thereof.
∎ Forecast monthly budget and projected financial statements.
∎ Accomplish stigmatization, cost allocation and posting to the General and Subsidiary ledger.
∎ Carry out any other task assigned from time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Proficiency in Office applications and ERP.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
