∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare breakfast & lunch and serve it in time.
∎ Arrange and organize all ingredients before cooking.
∎ Check freshness & quality of food and discard out-of-date items daily basis.
∎ Delegate tasks to kitchen staffs.
∎ Cook food as per staff’s attendance in a timely manner.
∎ Weighing, monitor stock and place orders before shortages.
∎ Control food cost as per approved budget and ensure no wastage.
∎ Supervise to washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment.
∎ Ensure cleanliness with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
∎ Take care all equipment and asset of the canteen (refrigerator, oven, cookeries items etc.)
∎ Ensure immediate action to resolve any complain.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of asset and manpower (minimize OT of canteen staffs)
∎ Ensure hygiene of foods.
∎ To carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in preparing lunch for 300/350 people.

Salary: Negotiable
