Job Responsibilities:
∎ A complete culinary expert with experience.
∎ To coordinate in detail all food product preparation.
∎ To ensure that all set ups and prepared food presentations are up to agreed standards.
∎ Create recipes and plan menus.
∎ Determine serving size.
∎ Prepare ingredients and final dishes.
∎ Teach other cooks to prepare menu items.
∎ Ensure sanitation regulations are met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10-15 years of working experience required in the relevant field.
∎ Strong skill in communication is required.
∎ Should be able to work in under pressure.
∎ Should be proactive.
