Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must be a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with master's degree in accounting/Finance from a reputed university/institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control the Accounts and Finance of all the Group companies located at Chittagong, Dhaka and Noakhali etc.
∎ To ensure the preparation of all the company's accounts for the Tax filing
∎ To train and lead all the Accounts & Finance people employed in all the Group companies
∎ To act as the Group Board secretary
∎ Dealing effectively and efficiently with different banks regarding loan management
∎ Assist in negotiation and mobilization of new financing/loans.
∎ Searching and creating new opportunities for financing from bank/NFI and international sources
∎ Maintaining good relationship with both Govt. and Private banks
∎ Assist in reconciliation of loan accounts
∎ Maintaining records and documentation for banking purposes
∎ Work in close coordination and cooperation with the finance unit of the group and extend support where necessary
∎ Maintaining confidentiality of information

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of working experience with large corporations
∎ Working experience with Banks and financial institutions
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Dealing with different govt. authorities

Salary: Negotiable
