Additional Requirements:
  • Age 45 to 55 years
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly luxury or five-star hotels, is essential.

  • Proven track record of managing multi-property or regional finance functions.

  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, capex planning, and asset management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the group’s long-term goals.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Chairman, Managing Director, General Manager and Board on financial planning, forecasting, and performance metrics.

  • Participate in corporate strategy development, business growth initiatives, and investment evaluations.

  • Oversee preparation and analysis of accurate financial statements and reports for all properties and consolidated group entities.

  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international accounting standards and regulations.

  • Present financial results and insights to stakeholders, including owners, investors, and board members.

  • Drive operational efficiency across hotel units by optimizing financial controls and cost structures.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue management, and expense controls at property and group levels.

  • Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and liquidity planning across the hotel portfolio.

  • Lead capital raising, debt structuring, and investment planning for property development or renovations.

  • Establish robust risk management, audit, and internal control systems.

  • Ensure all statutory filings, audits, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements are met in all operating regions.

  • Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple properties and the corporate office.

  • Build strong succession plans and capabilities in finance and accounting.
