Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field with LEED AP (BD+C) Certification·

Responsibilities & Context:
Design & Planning: Create sustainable building plans, incorporating energy modeling, natural ventilation, and site optimization.
Material Selection: Select eco-friendly, sustainable materials and technologies for construction projects.
Certification Management: Guide projects through certifications like LEED or BREEAM.
Energy Analysis: Assess building systems for energy efficiency and reduced operational costs.
Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure compliance with green building codes and conduct site inspections to monitor adherence to environmental standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and developers to integrate green practices.
